The Park at Sorrento Apartment Homes

I came in just a few days ago and spoke with a gentleman named Chad. He was so caring & compassionate. He in my opinion went out of his way to get myself and also my daughter into an apartment. Giving us a tour He even offered us refreshments. We are so pleased to be new residents at the palms of Sorrento.

This property is beautiful and the staff is out of this world. When we came in the assistant property manager (Caesar A) introduced himself and was extremely professional. The experience only got better once he introduced us to the property manager (Amy H) she made us feel welcomed and allowed us to truly get to know each other. They introduced us also to the maintenance team. Christian was very nice and extremely kind. His helper Ivan was quite but you could tell he was listening. Overall it was a incredible experience and I will definitely be sending family here.

Mr. Chad in the front desk was my personal hero today! He went above and beyond to help me fix an issue I was having logging in to my portal. I’ve lived at these apartments over 10 years- I stay because I feel safe here and they are on top of things if I have any issues. Home sweet home. ❤️

The plumbing in this apartment complex is ridiculous, sewage literally backs up at least once a month in the parking lot, they have a plumber come out and pump it but never actually fix the problem. Not to mention they WILL tow your car, it’s only a matter of time and you will have to pay to get it back even if you talk to the office and your name is clearly on a lease. They’ve been through at least 4 management teams in 2 years and nothing has changed. Also the on site maintenance men are jokes, they have every excuse in the world in why they can’t fix anything. The water in my shower hasn’t gotten hot since I’ve moved here but the water in my washing machine never gets cold. Also you will have a roach infection and not the little ones that nasty people usually have, the huge ones. Moral

Wonderful customer service was excellent at explaining the prices and the floor plans.And I greatly appreciated his customer service and skills and how much he enjoyed doing his job
