The Park At Ridgedale Apartments

I absolutely love these ladies in the office, Olekea And Taylor! I love my apartment too with the park at ridgedale ! I would suggest sitting benches closer to the front for seniors who miss Uber/taxi rides due to drivers unable to see us under walkway. Park at Ridgedale Peaceful Peaceful. I love it !!

From start to finish, working with Mrs. O. Mitchell Property Manager has been an exceptional experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. What truly impressed me was her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond. When the office was closed on a Saturday — the only day I could bring my mother, who uses a wheelchair, to see the apartment — Mrs. Mitchell came in on a Saturday to personally show us the unit. That level of kindness and commitment meant so much to us. Every step of the process, from the apartment showing to finalizing the lease, was handled with clarity and efficiency. Im in shock that I let my mother move here, first off they change people in the front office like they change clothes. The new " property manager " Oleaka is sneaky and very un- professional" . She showed my God mother mold in the leasing office and told her and several people that there is mold in that office. But yet in still shes in there still ,maintenance does a decent job .Andrew is a great people's person . And the OG Mr.Harold does a great job on this crazy property. The new girl they have in the office now Schina shes pretty friendly. They hand out alot of notices I like that about the place but that's it nothing has really changed.

The moving process is going very good. I'm very satisfied with everything. I toured with Taylor and have been working with Olekea and Taylor throughout the moving in process.

Mrs. Olekea Fritizgerald has been a very professional and kind woman at the Park at Ridgedale. She has shown courtesy and concern as she has navigated the multiple responsibilities at the Park at Ridgedale during the time of transitioning from a Leasing Agent to a Resident Manager. She was often working alone during that time. However, she has persevered and has made many positive changes at the Park at Ridgedale!
