The Park at Research Forest

The Park at Research Forest is indeed a remarkable asset. I have greatly appreciated collaborating with these professionals, the team is highly knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. The community is meticulously maintained due to the diligent efforts of the maintenance team, which are equally committed as the management team. I would rate it a 10/10.

Charlene and the rest of the team were super friendly and inviting during our tour. The renovated apartments feel luxurious and spacious even for a one bedroom. The non renovated units although not as fancy definitely have a warm homey feeling where you instantly can picture yourself living in. Even though we didnt sign anything yet, we were more than impressed with everything and will hopefully be moving in soon.

We are incredibly grateful to Charlene Thornton for helping us with our apartment leasing process. From start to finish, everything was handled so quickly, smoothly, and with genuine care. Charlene was always kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. We truly felt supported every step of the way. Park at Research Forest offers a rare combination of a peaceful setting and a strong sense of community. Well-maintained grounds and a calm atmosphere can make such a difference in daily life, and having a friendly, professional staff truly elevates the experience. It’s always a great sign when you see residents out walking and enjoying the environment, that kind of relaxed, happy energy usually speaks volumes about a community.

Lived here for about 2 years. Units are spacious, leasing office does very well taking care of residents. Pool is beautiful, dog park is nice, ample parking. Maintenance is very responsive and quick fixing issues.
