Management raised our rent in December 18 dollars. Not that much money. But the reason for the 18 dollars was storm water run off. All while Florida is under a historical drought. We haven't had enough rain to wet the lawn. There is a burn ban in Lee county. But we are being charged for storm water run off. What a joke. Oh I also pay for internet I dont use. We pay insurance that will not cover your property.
When I first moved in, I experienced some complications at the beginning, including a pest issue, which was stressful. However, those concerns were addressed and resolved fairly quickly once reported. I want to specifically acknowledge Alyse, who was extremely helpful during my move-in process. She was kind, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly from the start. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude truly stood out. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the other leasing agents has not been the same. Communication has been an ongoing issue, as emails and phone calls often go unanswered, and interactions can feel rude or dismissive at times. This has made it frustrating when trying to get assistance with concerns after move-in. Overall, the apartment itself is nice and
I had a very disappointing experience at The Park at Positano. I scheduled a tour for 1 PM on February 12th and specifically requested to see a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit, which was listed as available on their website. I arrived early at 12:45, only to find the welcome center locked. I waited until after 1 PM, called the office, and no one answered—there wasn’t even an option to leave a voicemail. I left to run errands and decided to stop by again around 3 PM. The door was still locked, but a woman named Jasmine eventually answered. When I explained that we had a 1 PM appointment and no one was there, she casually said she “went on lunch.” No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nothing. To make matters worse, she said she could only show a one‑bedroom and claimed there were n
I want to share my review of the park at Positano in Fort Myers based on my experience there. As a resident of the complex for a few months, I feel it's important to provide an in-depth evaluation to help others make informed decisions. There were significant discrepancies between the model unit shown during the tour and the actual unit we received. We encountered several issues, including mold in the apartments, visibly worn-out closet doors, and a lack of responsiveness from the maintenance team within just four months of moving in. Our maintenance requests have gone unaddressed, which is unacceptable and has left us feeling neglected as residents. I strongly urge you to take note of the following concerns regarding the Positano living community in Fort Myers. The fitness center had limi
My experience at The Park at Positano was very frustrating. Contacting management was almost impossible, and when I did get a response, the answers to my questions were often unclear and inconsistent. This was especially concerning when it involved money, as I was never sure which information was actually correct. Trying to get out of the lease due to personal reasons was extremely time-consuming and stressful because of the poor communication. On top of that, our electric bill was very high. Since we lived on the top floor, the electric company did an inspection and explained that most of the cost was due to the AC running constantly because the complex has very thin, outdated insulation. Overall, the lack of communication and high utility costs made this a disappointing place to live.
