The Park at Monza Apartments

I recommend these apartments. They're well maintained. My apartment is spacious. My neighbors don't cause me any trouble. Everyone keeps to themselves are chill. The pool is fun to hang out in. The management is very nice and understanding. I want to personally give a shout-out to Jason, he's awesome at his job. He is very patient and competent. He always answers my questions in detail. 🙏🏻

For over a year, the gates of this complex have been left open, and despite multiple complaints, nothing has been done. At night, the lighting is very poor, creating an ongoing sense of insecurity for residents. The most concerning thing is that car thefts have already occurred, yet there has been no response or concrete action from management. The lack of maintenance, control, and basic security measures is alarming. People pay to live in a safe and well-maintained place, not to feel exposed every single day. I hope this review pushes management to take responsibility and implement urgent measures before something more serious happens.

I only left a 1 star because I have to leave a star to leave a review. Front office is rude as all hell. I went in for an application whoever she was (didn’t even offer her name) was slamming things down and around. THEN I was originally shown a unit 2108 which I was okay with it looked nice. I submitted all necessary documents and didn’t hear anything back for over a week MIND YOU I’m working up against a deadline with my current place of living and the holidays add on to the stress. FINALLY I had, had enough waiting in limbo so I make the trek out there (I currently live over 2 hours away) to see if there was anything I could do to help expedite the process. Upon arrival the rude lady seemed incompetent at her job and I must’ve had a puzzled look because she then says “I’m new” okayyyy s

Since moving here I have really enjoyed the amenities and all the property has to offer and I would also like to say that Jason at the front desk is very helpful when needed, he always answers all my questions and concerns.

My journey with these apartments did not go as i wanted them to. I signed a 6 month lease due to the reviews, i really liked my unit until there was constant issues. for the past 3 months its been a struggle and this month even more hell. I have added and copied a few of what i been going through. Me and my family were without ac/heat for 3 months only a little ac unit they decided to give me last month but they never wanted to fix the bigger issue. Me and my family slept in the living room taking turns and my youngest is living with my grandmother due to the mold since she has asthma...... I BEGGED I ASKED I CRIED over the phone and they did not care. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE it has been the worst experience for me and my family not only that but to have MOLD and they tell you its not.
