This isn't just a bad building; it's a property managed with a staggering level of incompetence and indifference. The leadership is fundamentally broken, and residents pay the price every single day. The board knows the property manager, Angie, is incapable of serving residents. Their solution? Not to replace her, but to demote her while keeping her in the office. This means the person who failed at her job is still the one you have to deal with daily. The Board has actively chosen to retain proven incompetence over resident well-being. The lease clearly states management will assist with parking violations. When I needed this basic service, Angie flatly refused, contradicting the legally binding document I signed. Heard the other mangers quit. I can see why. Look at what we lived in! Constant FLOODING AND MOLD! Then once we agreed to break the lease they sent us a move out fee…when we agreed that we wouldn’t have to pay anything! Called the city person to come out since the Maintenance had no idea what they were doing!!!! In and out our apartment. Oh and they didn’t take care of the jea payment either when they decided to leave a humidifier all week when we couldn’t breathe in there. Property manger at the time claimed nothing was wrong or no MOLD. They don’t like that word. Well don’t waste your time with these people. I wouldn’t even let my dog live in that. Bo is the Best!!! This apartment complex has come a long way — and the biggest reason for that is the new team, especially Bo, the maintenance technician. Bo is hands-down one of the most helpful and genuine people I’ve ever met in a place like this. Not only does he fix things quickly and thoroughly, but he also goes out of his way to be kind — he’s taken my trash out for me multiple times, completely unprompted, just to help out. As a single mother, something that small might not seem like a big deal to everyone, but to me it means a lot. It’s thoughtful, it’s kind, and it’s honestly rare these days. I have been living here since 2021 and haven’t had a team in the office like we do right now. Brianna is amazing and keeps my wife and I well informed about what’s going on. Bo, our maintenance man, was working by himself for 5 or 6 months under a manager that wouldn’t let him do any repairs that cost anything. Now that Brianna is here as the new manager, WORK IS GETTING DONE! Bo is continuing to do his very best and it absolutely shows now. I have nothing but high respect for both of them. I lived there from 2021-2023. The AC leaked our very first night, and was a constant issue throughout the duration of our lease. Half of the time it was It was either leaking or not working at all. The water would run down the wall, pool up inside of a light fixture, and the drip down the wall right over the light switch. It would end up pooling up on the floor and soaking into my bedroom carpet by the door. This was never resolved during my lease. The Washing machine also leaked, I had to squeegee out my kitchen and dining area on more than one occasion. There was frequently a pile of towels on the floor in the galley kitchen between the fridge and washer, to soak up all the water and prevent it from going into the floor.
