We moved here from Indiana, and Tonya was very accommodating and welcoming. She made us feel right at home, and explains everything in detail! They keep the office fun and inviting as well. This is our first town home, and we are very pleased with not only the customer service but the easy move in.

We recently moved here from Indianapolis, and Tonya was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She made us feel right at home from the start, and was extremely understanding and accommodating! Relieved a lot of stress that was pent up from the move, and we are so excited to finally relax in our new town home :)) she let us know they have food, desserts, and even jazz music at the pool once a month! From getting the call from Cathrine saying they seen I was looking for a new place to reside to now living here this has been the fastest easiest most stress free experience and I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made to move in at the park of Matera! I have lived here a few months now and I still love it as much as I did the first day I moved in. I love all my neighbors they make sure to make you feel as welcomed as possible the property is so pretty and nice to walk your dogs or just walk around for a little while they have a great pool and even when it does have more people then normal they make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time. Building 6 BEWARE I had a mold report done after I got so chronically ill that now I have autoimmune disorders. They never came to fix anything, the property manager Tonya has done us so dirty. The mold was so significant that Im getting an attorney now to my horror as I read the 35 PAGES LONG MOLD REPORT from certified Mold remediation services. Then they had the audacity to tack on a cleanup fee of $1800 plus rent after they kept my deposit, and got last months rent from me. We lost EVERYTHING we couldnt take the things we lost due to the mold, that is to be handled by professionals. They just recarpeted and cleaned it out and my old unit of 5 years that BY THE WAY, had a shooting of my neighbor next door on Christmas day, that til today the trauma of that has scarred us.
