I've been living at The Park at Marbella for over a year now, and I truly couldn’t be happier. The grounds are always well-kept, the pool is sparkling clean, and I love how quiet the community is. My apartment is spacious and the natural light is amazing. Maintenance is responsive and professional, and the office staff is always friendly and willing to help. It really feels like home here! peaceful, safe, and welcoming.

I stayed at The Park at Marbella for a few days while visiting a friend who lives there. I was really impressed by how peaceful and welcoming the community is. The location is perfect, close to the naval base but still tucked away in a quiet spot. The apartments are spacious and modern, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The amenities like the pool and gym are well-kept and easily accessible. It felt like a great place to call home, and I’d love to live there myself someday!

This is actually just like the web site. It's nothing like pulling up and it looks nothing like the pictures on their website. Clean, apartment is just as described. And in the office Akya Sanders! Well what can I say she was awesome. She made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my idea of what type of apartment I was looking for. She fulfilled every one of my expectations of what I wanted. She definitely made making a decision to move somewhere else difficult. Just a delightful young lady.

I have had nothing but problems since moving here. The apartment was not clean carpet was dirty did not paint walls bathroom disgusting. I have reported same issues over and over again. The light bill will bankrupt you every month at 400+ and I pay every month nothing improved. There is tenant with issues that has came at residents and when reported nothing done. Don't waste your time. 09/22/25 AC been out again for 10 days found out maintenance unplugged outside unit without any notice. The stated was to busy to go by and make sure unit works or if we ok. Left us in this hot Florida heat.
