Very helpful and friendly staff. I love my apartment. Neat and remodeled apartment. Play area for my kids. Parking permit for me and guests were made easy through the app. I love Angela and Alejandra were really sweet and made sure to explain my prices in my lease. I love it.

This apartment is not worth the struggle. I lived here for a year, and I had NUMEROUS issues with the management of this establishment. Issue #1: Less than a week before my move-in date (lease had been signed by both me and management a month prior), I called to get an update because I had received no follow-up on when to pick up my keys, how to get in through the parking gates, etc. Not only did I have to call multiple times across different times and days because nobody would answer the phone, but I also had to email just to get a response. When I finally got a call back, I was told my apartment (the apt # and price was in the signed lease) was not available to be rented. The person on the phone gave me one reason why, and when I had to LEAVE WORK EARLY to go in person to sort this out,

If I could give this place a serious negative stars I would. The office staff especially Monica, do not care about their tenants. For months I had ROCAH AND MICE ISSUES that never got resolved before I moved out. I have a newborn baby and I had to live with mice poop everywhere and had to sanitize every night because of fear of roaches getting on to my baby. I had a broken window that was never resolved either. There are other tenants who have had no AC FOR 5 MOTNHS AND COUNTING! Plus another tenant who is living with leaking issues and they have not resolved that issue either! All they care about is money that you pay for rent to put money into their pockets. I just moved in Dec 13 2025. I was told the unit was ready for move in back around Thanksgiving. On the 12th of December I showed up to sign the paperwork so on my move-in day all I would need to do is snatch the keys...These folks had me sign a form stating that EVERYTHING in the unit is fully functional!!...So after signing THAT form...later that day I get a text message from the office saying that the A/C "JUST" went out, which is crazy cause this happened literally after driving off "AFTER" signing the form for them, its giving sketchy. Its going on a week and I don't have any air in the unit...Hot or Cold....I cant even open the ONLY WINDOW in the unit because they said they cant "promise" me that they can put a screen up, which is crazy cause the Townhouses around me has Screens cov

3 year resident . This is an honest review. The property has significantly gotten worse since Jontel left as property manager, about a year ago. Rent keep going up but quality keeps getting worse. Parking has become scarce, they install new reserved parking which limits regular tentants. Pool is just for show, they open it a few times in summer, usually when everyone is at work. Front office is a hit or miss, lady in back has bad attitude most of the time- receptionist position is a revolving door. Pest infestation has gotten out of control even when I clean my place. They are letting rowdy tenants in, I feel unsafe here now.
