The Park at Leeds Apartments

I moved in 1/16/26 into a 2 bed room 1.5 bath roach infested apartment. Primarily in the kitchen. Management has been aware of this since the first week I’ve been here. I have sent numerous emails about the infestation in my kitchen and I continue to get the run around. I was told that pest control comes every Thursday. Upon emailing management, I was told that I have to request pest control services if I need them. I then told her that I needed pest control to come EVERY Thursday like I was told they would when I signed my lease. She then gave me pushback by telling me that she can’t confirm if pest control can come every week after she just told me that I have to request pest control. I can’t put food in my home, I can’t utilize the kitchen I pay for it doesn’t matter how much I clean an

Don’t move here unless everyone that stay there is on the lease. They will tow your car. These apartments do not care about their residents. They only want money. Your hard earned money. They don’t warn their tenants at all but will hit you a million times about paying rent on time. Save yourself the money, they don’t care about whatever your situation is. They will have your car towed in a heartbeat. Don’t believe these over hyped reviews. They tell you to leave a review once you sign your lease. You would be better off going on Godby rd than live here.

If I could give these apartments a 0 starts I would. I moved in these apartments in the beginning of February. The apartment wasn’t clean we were rushed in the apartment. I don’t smoke there were cigarette burns all of the floors,mold in rooms,they did come check it and said that it wasn’t mold then strayed something on the mold which did but a mold specialist came out and told us that it was black mold which is 10xs more dangerous! They still want you to pay rent plus added on fees when nothing have gotten fixed or nothing have been done. Even asked to be moved in another apartment but that was a no so now we will be taking it to court. They tow cars then you have to pay over $250 to get out out it’s crazy. It's very nice clean quiet the only thing I don't like is when they threaten to remove your car and people stay here and have company and I don't think it's fair that we have to pay $5 a day to park a car when visiting or you can add the car you can't register the car excuse me hey if they smack off that it's the A1 place to stay well I love it because they do keep it clean and they don't play that crazy that's over here but if you would just slack off the parking part it'll be a wonderful place to stay

Shan was very professional she showed great hospitality and told us all the information that we needed to know. Ive been here since November 25th i haven’t had any issues with shan or jalissa but the property manager Q veryyyyy rude i walked in telling them about my problems wit the apartment and she came from the back very disrespectful if this is how she treats people who just moved in she dont need to be in her position at all good customer service goes a long way and she has a very nasty attitude.
