The Park at Cumberland Apartments

Good afternoon everyone, For the past week I felt like I had the weight of the world on my shoulders, but today my prayers were answered. This morning I had the opportunity to tour a beautiful unit with the Assistant Business Manager, Ms. Shavonne Smith. She was very helpful, made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything about the unit and what’s included. I highly recommend this complex, and if you visit, be sure to ask for Ms. Smith. She is truly a great help! 🙏🏾

Eric is awesome! He is incredibly helpful and explained everything to me as it was being done. When the maintenance requests (I had multiple!) ended up being a bigger project than anticipated, he got them done quickly, and same day, so I could get back to my daily schedule without interruption. If you need anything done maintenance-wise, ask for Eric first! :)

Maurice from maintenance did an excellent job. He was professional, respectful, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He showed up on time, fixed the issue efficiently, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right. Definitely appreciate his help and great attitude.

Went to look at apartments atThe Park at Cumberland on February 5th. I was greeted very politely by Cookie and Alana. Alana took me around to the different apartments and townhomes. I was pleasantly impressed with the professionalism and hospitality she displayed. She took the time to answer my questions and was very helpful with getting the right information and answers. I hope my brother will be happy there. Thank you, Michelle😊
