The Park at Braun Station Apartments in Northwest San Antonio

I just want to say that living here has been a blessing. With maintenance crew always being there when I need them. To the office staff being happy to help me with any questions I may have. This is truly an amazing property. Joe, Charles and maui are always willing to lend a helping hand and makes sure my needs as a resident are fulfilled

We’ve had such a great experience living at Park at Braun Station! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Miss Arlene and Briana — they truly go above and beyond for the residents. It’s clear they care and work hard to make this community feel like home. Maintenance is also top-notch. Service requests are handled quickly, and the work is always done professionally and efficiently. Overall, we’re really happy here and appreciate everything the team does.

I just love living here. The entire staff is welcoming. The grounds are well kept. Neighbors are always friendly. Maintenance issues done extremely promptly. The Food trucks really a nice perk. I am so blessed that this year has been a happy home.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived to inquire about the apartments, the staff member, after realizing we spoke Spanish (even though we can speak English), she refused to show us the available units. This behavior was clearly discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respect and fair treatment.

Our apartment-furnished microwave recently died. We put in a service request to get it fixed and we’re pleased to receive a new “built-in” above the stove microwave. The maintenance team was very efficient in the installation. It took them all of about 10 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. We are very happy. The guys are friendly, professional and so amazing! Thanks! Liisa and Norma
