The Park at Avellino Apartment Homes

I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm experiencing. I've been living in this apartment since July 2024. In October, water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling. It's worth mentioning that I live on the first floor. I went to the management office, but I didn't get any response. A few days later, maintenance personnel came to inspect the area, they opened the ceiling, and it's been open for two months now. In addition, the bathroom floor is also leaking water, and I don't know if it's clean water or sewage because it smells terrible. This has been going on for two months, and the water is still coming out from the middle of the floor. And if that weren't enough, there's a pipe outside my apartment that, at the same time all this was happening,

Just a note about how satisfied I am with Park at Avellino and specifically Janette in the front office. I’ve lived all over the country in different renting scenarios and by far this move in and first three months has been effortless and has saved me money. I am just a renter and do not get compensated for this note, I just want to express gratitude for the easy move in, the great deals offered are and the casual but efficient process was and continues to be three months in. Neighbor’s are friendly. It’s clean. Lots of trees so there is tree “litter” but I’d rather have leaves and pine needles than a super hot car. That’s just a plus to me to live among big trees. Julian was awesome he came by and was done before I knew it, really seeks out any issues you have in your apartment. Respectful and cool dude, I'll have to request him hopefully I don't need to but he definitely knows what he is doing and gets the job done. Jeff also responded quickly for a separate concern, and was really nice. Answer all questions I had and was very helpful.

This has been one of the most unacceptable rental experiences I’ve had. Management is unresponsive and dismissive, and maintenance issues are either ignored or given temporary fixes that don’t last. The property is poorly maintained, amenities are often unusable, and the noise levels are constant. For the price being charged, the lack of sanitation, upkeep, and accountability is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Not to mention the buildings are invested with roachs

This apartment complex is easily the worst place I’ve ever lived. The property is filthy, poorly maintained, and the roach infestation is completely out of control. Roaches are everywhere — kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, even crawling across the walls at night. It’s disgusting and honestly embarrassing to even have guests over. Trash piles up around the dumpsters, the hallways smell terrible, and it’s obvious the property is rarely cleaned or properly maintained. Management and maintenance are even worse. They ignore calls, emails, and work orders for weeks, and when someone finally shows up they barely fix anything. Leaks, broken appliances, and other issues are constantly ignored. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and acts like residents are a nuisance for expecting basic living standar
