The Park at 366

No working AC since move in 6 weeks ago. The condenser needs to be replaced, it’s the original one from 1996. If you move here bring a window unit with you.

I have lived here for a while now. Although it is hard for them to keep a property manager, the new maintenance crew are really on their game. I don’t have to wait long periods of time to get my request answered. They are friendly, funny, knowledgeable, skillful, clean, and quick. You can tell they really care. Good place to live.

Shauncia is so awesome, professional and she has been getting everything done. She listens to are problems and fix them fast.Thank you so much. For the other tenants be patient she is one person trying to help us all. Shauncia you are doing so much and you are doing all you can everyday. Thank you so much and you are so awesome. I looked into renting here. Then I saw the flooded apartments online and how they are not doing anything to fix it. It is inhumane what they are making children live in. It is running down the walls into a woman’s dining room. So gross.

I just moved here last month and when I say the maintenance team gets the job done ! They do any time we needed them they came and did what needed to be done ! And we appreciate them for everything and naterra in the leasing office is the best ! She always help whenever the help is needed and she even made our move in process real easy and very respectful!
