The Park Apartments

As a resident, I truly appreciate how well this property is managed. The property manager is approachable, attentive, and quick to respond to any concerns. What stands out most is the consistency, requests don’t get overlooked, and follow-ups actually happen. It makes living here feel comfortable and stress-free. Nelly and Erin have really turned this property around :)

What stood out most during my tour was how relaxed the experience was. Nelly focused on answering my questions rather than pushing me to apply on the spot. The apartments were exactly as advertised, and the overall vibe of the community felt comfortable and welcoming. can't wait to call The Park Apartments Home :)

Reviews are not good bed bugs, roaches in the past. The outside is not bad but I didn't tour an apartment because the reviews scared me....They seem overpriced when looking from the outside. Greed, it's like everywhere i look They think it's Kensington Palace or something when in reality they are old and should be priced lower per month Pricing them high hasn't helped, they still had bedbugs and cockroaches in the past. Just because you have enough money to afford these type of overpriced apartments doesn't mean you are a clean and tidy type person. Just sayin....

One thing I really appreciated was the follow-up. It wasn’t about pushing a lease or rushing a decision—it was just a quick check-in to see if I needed anything. That small gesture made a big impression and shows how much the leasing office values people over numbers.

I took a tour of this apartment complex last week. Honestly I wasn't that impressed with the unit for the price they were asking. The person who was giving me the tour barely said anything to me. She was not rude but she just didn't seem to care about my interest in the property. The bathroom and kitchen felt old and dated. The floors squeaked when I was walking through the unit and the stairway was very narrow so I think it would have made it difficult to move a bed up them. Overall I was not impressed with the staff or the unit. The only good thing seemed to be that there was ample parking for residents and a pool.
