The PARC Group is very draconian. Going after a walking group and Facebook pages for using “NOC” or “Nocatee” is just petty and completely out of touch with what a real community should be about. Instead of supporting the residents who make Nocatee great, they are more focused on dictatorial control and ham-handed legal threats. Local groups are what make communities thrive. They build connections, improve mental health, and create the sense of community people move here for. Trying to shut that down shows The PARC Group’s priorities are profits and absolutist board room control over people. If the PARC Group wants any respect from residents, they need to stop with the lawsuits and actually partner with the people who actually make this place what it is. Terrible company with very low knowledge in urban planning, impact studies and housing development. They need to learn how large developments cause impacts in traffic in already overcrowded existing areas. They did a horrible job with Nocatee and now another Frankenstein Masterplan is coming soon.... The Davis family barely understand about supermarkets, which they sold for Aldi because of their poor management and zero standards for anything. Their bored son decided to become a land developer (with Granddaddy's land) and Nocatee is a "great" example of one of the worst masterplans ever built in this country. From streets looking like Swiss cheese, so narrow that vehicles struggle to drive daily,  all the way to very low standard construction quality homes and terribly done amenities. Neit
