The Parc at Medfield Apartments

A wonderful place to live! My family had the pleasure of living at The Parc for almost 5 years. We moved in at the beginning of the pandemic, when life was a bit chaotic. Katiane was the Property Manager at the time, and she did a wonderful job of answering all of our questions, helping us complete our application, and making us feel welcome. The time from viewing the apartment to moving in took about 2 weeks because of the need for review and approval from the compliance department. About a year after we moved in, Jillian took over as Property Manager - she and Sean did a stellar job of taking care of the residents and property! Management refuses to return my security deposit even though I left the apartment undamaged and had a passing inspection. Management sucks. Jillian assured me someone will be renting my apartment after I moved and will get my deposit back and now she ignores my emails. Joanna is the manager, called me to argue and deny the fact I gave two months notice. This place is a scam!

I've lived in many states and I can definitely say this was the best place I've ever lived. Maintenance was so fast, I didnt have time to change my pajamas to answer the door. Cindy Jaimes was always so sweet and efficient..she never refused a service and always took care of everything promptly. The only one who responds to emails. Neighbors were quiet and premises were kept clean. I've never heard of crime activities in the area. I was really sad I had to leave. If I ever go back to Massachusetts, this is the place I wanna live again.

Everything is great until you have to leave. Then they start to mistreat you (especially if you're not American) and charge you extra fees for whatever they can come up with so they can get extra money from you. Absolutely disgusting!
