The Palms At Leopard Apartments

This place is horrible, the owner refuses to do anything about the infestations. God forbid we want to report it. Supposedly she knows people in the health department, so knowing her she'll retaliate for us reporting her.

Horrible manager . Annette will hang the phone up on you when she doesn’t wanna hear you , then stops answering the phone. She has her little maintenance puppets do all her work cause she’s too lazy to do it herself . Will have the assistant manager call you cause she’s too scared to call you herself . She goes after single moms cause she knows we will do as she says if not we are threatened to get evicted . Doesn’t worry about anything around the apartments until there’s an inspection happening and her manager will be present knowing she will get in trouble if she’s not doing her job as a “manager”. Oh & will send you to court for eviction but can’t even attend cause she can’t see you face to face 🤓

There is no one ever in office. Manager Annette btw said it was utilities included then changed it to we have to pay water now being told, have to pay light.These apartments are nice inside but when you have employees especially the manager coming at you with different things constantly, you feel uncomfortable & unstable in your home. This is unacceptable. You can't treat people that way. We cannot allow these employees to abuse their authority & mistreat us. Enough is enough. We need to stand together. Call their Compliance Contractor if you have any issues. That'll make them WORK.

If I can give this place no stars I would. The manager is very very disrespectful and unprofessional I don’t see how the owners haven’t seen it for their self’s i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE management really needs to open their eyes and realize who they really have working for them!! Run Away From This Place do not rent here

I have seen their apartments they are really nice but even though their website mentions that they accept section 8, I have asked numerous of times to management if they do and I have been repeatedly told that they don't, I wouldnt want to be bug and keep Asking. They do NOT and Will Not Accept the section 8 vouchers. But the staff was really nice and the apartments are nice as well.
