The Palms at Daytona

New manager and maintenance! Complex is clean and well kept. Apartments are updated and issues are attended to in a reasonable amount of time. Building issues are being addressed, for example, new roofs. Wayne, the maintenance person, goes above and beyond to assist the residents to the best of his ability; always with a smile and a hello. Its a good place to live!

Very friendly staff and management, they always keep everyone informed about anything happening or changing. Always a pleasant experience when talking with Kitty or any of the staff, they really do care about the people who live here. Very family and pet friendly, need more places like this where it is a happy living environment.

This property is safe. It’s conveniently located to everything we need. The Manager, Kitty, is a delight and a pleasure to speak to each time encountered. Our family of 3 is delighted to live here and appreciative of how they incorporated empathy during this Pandemic.

Very great place to live, very cost efficient, management is great, everything has been updated and remodeled very nicely, any issues are taken care of immediately. Could not ask for better management. They even gave out masks and hand sanitizer so everyone had it.

Love living here. Super quiet and safe. Inside is nicely upgraded with a good laundry facility on site. The staff is great goes above and beyond. Highly recommend living here!
