⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for The Palms @ Davie I recently moved to The Palms @ Davie, and as a local business owner in the area, I’ve been very familiar with the community for over 10 years since many of my customers live here. Now experiencing it firsthand has been even better than I expected. The property is beautifully maintained and very well taken care of. The landscaping, amenities, and overall cleanliness really stand out. The pool & Gym area is especially impressive — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing with family. What truly makes this place exceptional is the customer service. The office staff is absolutely top-notch. Every time you walk in, you’re greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. They are attentive, professional, and always ready to answer questions or resolve any concerns

I truly enjoy living at The Palms. We originally planned to stay just one year, but last August we celebrated three and counting! The community is beautifully maintained, with great facilities and common areas. The staff is outstanding—special thanks to (super!) Karla, Luis, and Nilo, who always go above and beyond to make life easier and bring joy to the residents. Definitely a wonderful place to call home!

I would highly recommend not living here. As a current resident, I have had multiple issues (including mold) throughout my time here. Additionally, I had my car towed (as a resident of over 1 year now) due to the laziness of the tow company. On top of it all, there is 0 accountability taken when these issues occur. Instead of DOING something for a resident, it’s met with “I’m sorry”. Do your research before moving in.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Palms Apartments in Davie, and I want to highlight how great the staff has been. Property Manager Sue Acuna has been nothing short of professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, she’s gone above and beyond to make sure things are handled quickly and smoothly. Assistant Manager Karla Schaps has also been fantastic in helping resolve various issues. She is approachable, responsive, and always follows through, which really gives peace of mind as a resident. When I recently had a pipe start leaking, Darcy de la Rosa, the maintenance technician, came right away and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance is reliable and responsive when you need them most

I wanted to highlight the amazing staff who have made our stay better! First, Carla at the front desk has always been so kind, professional, and helpful throughout our time here. She made the process smooth and welcoming from day one. But the biggest thank you goes to Nilo, the maintenance technician. From the very beginning of our move-in until the end of our stay, he has been nothing short of outstanding. He is not only quick and efficient with any repairs or requests, but also genuinely caring and thoughtful. He would always check to make sure everything was working properly. His kindness, reliability, and work ethic truly set him apart, and he made our time here so much more enjoyable. We are so grateful for both Carla and Nilo they really go above and beyond for the residents, and
