The Palms At Coddingtown Apartments

I used to live there a few years ago when it was called Nueva Vista. It needed love. Then the new owners arrived. They started making wonderful changes. The foyer looks incredibly nice and welcoming. They removed the rugs there and in the hallways. The building and hallways have been painted a nice color, and they put more lighting up. They remodeled the laundry room and made it more user-friendly. They are installing new windows and sliding doors to all apartments. They probably are remodeling the pool and the elevator! My son is very happy with the changes, and they respond to repairs right away. All in all, I love what they are doing. Maybe one day I'll try to move back there.

The resident manager, Alicia, is absolutely wonderful! She is friendly, attentive, she has great communication, and works hard to improve the complex and make it feel welcoming.
