Brenda is very respectful and helpful. I always feel súper Good after asking her for assistance and she treats my son very well. She is one of the most amazing office staff I have encountered!

we wwnt to sign the renewal offer (expiring by 1/31).... what the office/company hid from us (or possibly all renewals) is that when you get the offer on the portal and you start the process... even if you have questions... onxe you click the offer you want... it HAS to be signed by all parties (room mated) within 24 hrs of accepting it OR YOU LOSE IT we had questions on the new fee structure so we emailed our office and both Indus... we never got the response ao we didnt yet sign, but we were still at leaat 1 week away from offer expiry and tbey didnt let us keep the offer. this is illegal as you DID NOT state this (but knew it waa srill a problem) i would also say discriminatory

I have been here since July 2023. Oh boy, I wish I would have never moved in. Hot water is out every month. On Monday, an unknown man was given a key to my home by management. I attached a photo. I came home to find a mess in my bathtub and my shower. I should've taken pictures! On September 9th, my kitchen was flooded with sewage water. $20 worth of items were ruined. I have attached photos. This place does not care about the tenants rights, or security. They go by their own set of rules. Brenda- the office manager never answers the phone. Please do not move here. It is unsafe and inhumane. Also, lost my car due to a car accident that happened right outside the apartments. This area is very unsafe. I wish I had done more research before moving here.

Love the experience at this apartment complex when I use to live here in the past. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an nice clean respectful quiet area. We even had a guy who would feed the cats at night, which I don't see him anymore since I went over there to give a few people a tour and I must say it is a still top notch! 👌🏾 Therefore, I had a minor problem in the past living in my apartment which means no one is perfect. Keep up the good work @ The Palms At Chimney Rock! 🌴 🤲 🌴 🤲 🌴

I have been here for a month now, and it's a great community! People's patio areas are nicely decorated for the holidays and it gives the complex a wonderful personality to it. Nelly at the front office is very kind and was able to help me out quickly which was very appreciated!
