The Palms at Camelback West

Roaches, homeless walk in and out its not a real gated community hates are open 24hours multiple have had there cars broken into they don't have cameras either...and when you put in maintenance request it usually takes days or months for them to cone fix unless you call everyday and ....they took down the google reviews so that should also tell you something

I am so grateful to Chris and Nancy for their helping me have a home. I have a cute apartment that I am very happy with and looking forward to making it my own. Chris and Nancy are good people who care about you and your life in making something possible for others. Thank you!

I've lived here for a little over 2 years now and I can say this place is awesome! They keep everything so neat and clean. No bug problems, no maintenance issues. Everyone working here is so nice and thoughtful. If you're looking for a place to call home this place is it!

Recently moved in. Nice clean grounds with nice customer service thank you Chris and Nancy im happy to choose here as my home rather then other apartments in the area.

My name is sham I visited a friend there good place to live safe but the departments needs services kitchens stove refrigerator in good conditions ,termite control. it would be better that the owners knocked door to door to receive the complaints, because the managers and employees are going to make break the company. i hop don take anyone in trouble with my comments is fine for the building,my friend said she like is quiet .
