Laura and her staff do an AMAZING job at taking care of their residents and their property. Best group of people i’ve ever met and the most reliable staff i’ve ever experienced. High quality apartments and a very clean neighborhood. They make living here so easy. Maintenance staff is always on point with repairs, fixing things right away and doing things the right way. If you’re thinking of moving anywhere, you should definitely check out Palisades of Jacksonville. you won’t be disappointed!

Lexie made our move from Chicago to Jacksonville very easy. We have had zero issues. We would 100% recommend it here. Great management, maintenance is always prompt, etc.

I moved to palisades of Jacksonville five years ago and it was just supposed to be for a short time . Palisades of Jacksonville has been great in every area Of me and my family living here we decided we will stay.. Our family has grown so we needed Extra Room.And Palisades of Jacksonville Has provided that extra room and the amenities I was looking for so yes, I will recommend this apartment complex, which is home to us.

Great place to live. It’s pretty quiet for an apartment complex. Maintenance is quick to respond with any issues. Usually they fix things the same day. The pool and grounds are kept clean

I’ve lived at The Palisades of Jacksonville twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is always friendly and professional, and maintenance is quick and reliable — they’ve consistently fixed any issues right away. That kind of responsiveness and care is hard to find these days. I originally lived here for two years and chose to move back in last month because I knew I’d be in good hands. It really feels like home. Highly recommend The Palisades to anyone looking for a clean, well-run, and welcoming place to live in Jacksonville.
