If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a cesspool. New management is a disaster. On top of all the other reviews talking about squatters in vacant apartments they did nothing about ( who one of them was recently released from prison ) the outside is trash currently there is a pile of trash bags a sink and tons of other materials because they flooded a whole apartment which ended up flooding the one next to it. We went a whole week with out a working shower and I contacted though email and phone call dozens of times and got no response until the following Monday where I had to call again after leaving tons of voice mails and emails. There was also a unit filled to the brim with mold. Management is rude and hostile they don’t take care of this complex or the units. They just paint ov

No bullshit review about The Palisades. I’ve moved into the palisades about 10 months ago. Since then I have not really experienced any of the aforementioned issues with The Palisades. I’ll start with the Pros. Pros: • Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. • Never gotten a package stolen despite being gone for multiple days • Some what quick to respond maintenance • Pets are allowed • Great Location • I can leave ac on at 66 degrees all day everyday and it won’t break Cons: • Internet is not that good and will (though rarely) just won’t work • Homeless are not necessary an issue but are still around ( We had a squatter but luckily some of the tenants kicked him out and he never came back ) • Not a roach infestation but there are roaches ( but at $900 a month I don’t mind a roachmate) •

The new management really ruined this place. It obviously wasn’t the nicest place to live before but at least was a better deal than most other student living. We experienced squatters, break-ins, lack of proper lighting in walkways, mailbox being broken into.. the list goes on.. all with barely any response from mgmt. It took stating that we would call the code enforcement to get maintenance to our unit for lack of hot water for over TWO WEEKS. Not only that, but we received multiple emails about rent INCREASING without any acknowledgement of any future improvements before receiving responses about literal squatters in vacant units. It takes at least a week for maintenance to respond to even the smallest of requests, and there is no phone number that takes emergency calls or just calls ge

This is easily the worst place I've ever lived. For starters, the AC in my apartment was non existent. I put in a maintenance request to see what could be done and no one showed up, and after a few weeks they cleared it like they actually fulfilled what I asked them to do. For the entirety of my lease I had no heating or cold air and had to basically suffer the elements as is. My roommate's shower drained super slow to the point where water would pool up if he took a shower. He put in a maintenance request and surprise surprise, they barely did anything about it, so we had to share my shower. Also, Roaches. So. Many. Roaches. No matter how much I clean, no matter how many traps I laid down they kept showing up. If by some bad twist of fate you have to live here, DO NOT purchase any food

This building has changed owners multiple times while I've been living here, but the issues have been constant. They've recently raised the price on the washers and dryers in the building twice in the last month, making it almost $10 a week to do my laundry. If I had a car I'd just go to the laundromat but instead I'm forced to use the building's permanently broken overpriced POS washers and dryers. This doesn't even touch on the everlasting cockroach infestation the building has. I've heard great things about the apartment building right next to it(Speedway Condominiums), so if you like the location I'd try very hard to stay out of this specific building.
