The Palisades at Waters Edge

I usually don't write reviews but I feel I need to. We lived here for about 4 years. There have been some hiccups down the road but that's to be expected. Just know , when you reach out to Amanda at the office, she will listen and do everything she can to accommodate what ever your need is. Amanda thinks of the people that rent at palisades more as family rather than tenants. If you just tell her if there is a problem, she will do want she can to make it right. I do recommend this apartment, only because of her.

I lived at Palisades at Waters Edge for a couple years. The staff are great, maintenance is routine and the apartments are nice and very efficient. I am moving this year to be closer to my family BUT I did find out there is a Palisades in my home town that was just built! I'm very STRONGLY considering an apartment there and it's only 7 minutes from my mom! I love having the dog park and zero entry saltwater pool. It's just been 'home' away from home. Going to miss the maintenance guys too! Always so friendly and helpful.

3x plumbing issues within 2 months of living here in addition to the AC problem. They’ve replaced the thermostat after a few complaints. Ive lived for 3-4 years in my apartment in Winston Salem but I never reported any maintenance so I’m a little worried how I’m having these problems here. I also don’t like that their maintenance people would come inside the apartment without the tenant knowing. I guess Im just used to my previous apartment who gives me a date and time when they’re entering my apartment. Just for privacy reasons. I still have 9 months more to go. I love how the apartment looks like, just too much plumbing issues within 2 months and I’m a type who lives in the same complex 3-4 yrs so I hope this won’t be my first time to leave in just one lease 😔 P/S: I’m also unhappy t

Rental office lady Amanda is so nice and helpful. We're handicapped and had trouble signing documents on line so she came to our apt. And helped my sister sign in on her phone and she is trying to get us a handicap parking spot in front of our side of bldg. The apt is beautiful and the grounds are well kept and NO Bugs! We couldn't be happier.

Great place to stay. I have lived in this community about a year and it’s been great. The office staff are really pleasant and any issues you may run into while apart of the community they are sure to get on top of it. I am truly enjoying my stay.
