The Ovilla at Legacy Square

From the moment I stepped foot in the office I knew I was in great hands…. Jerri is just simply amazing, her kindness, knowledge of the property & personality won me over before I ever seen the inside of the units! She made sure to give me my best options & 100% transparency. I loved everything about my tour, I really didn’t even have to do the tour I was sold just by talking with Jerri and seeing how close everyone in the community is! Really looking forward to moving here! If you haven’t already….. stop by! Do the tour! You’ll love it

I stumbled on these apartments using Apple Maps. I wanted information and was greeted by the whole office staff and Jerri was the one that gave me a tour of the great looking complex and all the amenities available which I must say are many for the money. Once Jerri finished the tour we sat down and she explained all the was needed to lease and all the details to the finest detail. I commend the staff greatly for their professionalism and awesome customer service. Even to this day the service is top notch.

These ladies know what they're doing! I received a welcoming package that is USEFUL, thanks for that and I wrote up a detailed move in inspection list in which all items have been resolved, I've lived here for a month and I LOVE IT!! My sister has moved in and she is ADA and they are so friendly to her, which is why I believe me writing this review is important!! We love it here and I'm so grateful for the staff helping me and my sister feel welcome, thanks Ovilla Staff!! 😊

Overall had a horrible experience applying to these apartments first I was having trouble with the application took me a whole day just to complete it. Then I paid the $250 to apply and turns out these apartments are credit based which no one told me I know they are gonna say it was on the application but I was so frustrated with the application that I just skipped through it And now They want me to pay $3050 just to move in Now I am down $250 what a scam So if you have a bad credit score don’t even apply they will just take your money

Jerri went over and above to me to explain all of the floor plans to me on this morning, I know this will be a perfect place to live at , I can’t wait til my move in day come. Thanks again Jerri for the warm welcome home
