For the first two years living here, I had no issues with rodents or pests. However, after the snowstorm and subsequent flooding in my building earlier this year (January), we've been dealing with a persistent mouse problem. Despite repeated reports, property management and maintenance continue to say they’re aware of the issue and call an exterminator — but the treatment is surface-level at best. Rather than addressing the root of the problem, they simply spray a temporary repellent that loses effectiveness quickly. Within hours, the mice are back and running through my apartment as if nothing was done. It’s incredibly frustrating. No matter how clean you keep your home, once mice have entered the building, the problem becomes structural. I wish maintenance would recognize that the true

The apartment is spacious and walk in closets are nice but the apartments are infested with Mice! I actually didn’t have an issue the first year living there but I guess the holes they patched up deteriorated because all of a sudden we were catching mice 3x a day! Nasty. Roaches too. And my apartment was always spotless! Maintenance says they know about the issue but nothing is being done. I moved after the second year, Thank God! Don’t do it!

My visit was great! The front desk lady is a very professional, passionate & nice person! She makes me feel like I'm at home. We visit the model house. It is a little bit old-fashion, but still very decent. Walls and basic furniture are well maintained. Although I did not choose to stay here due to the price (it is not expensive compared to other places at Williamsburg, but other apartments give better offers), I would like to live here next year!

This place was so nice at first. I moved in March of 2020 right before everything shut down. The first year things were mildly okay, aside from them having control over the heat and air I didn’t experience anything until February 2021 . Between the mice infestation and the bed bug issue from other units coming into my apartment. After calling the county things seemed to just get worse. By the time I moved out in February of 2022 I had to throw away most of my belongings along with my children’s things. Management doesn’t care and the maintenance guys did the bare minimum. Worst experience of my life was living here

There is a nice and gnat infestation throughout the buildings. There are 3 women in the office and only one has manners. Leith and the red head woman are rude and don’t have any customer service. Maintenance request go unfulfilled. There’s no amenities anymore. They took all but 2 buildings laundry rooms (which only had 2 washer a dryers anyway). The park isn’t one kids can actually play at and they’re upping rent and adding utilities when there’s nothing great about this place. Last summer there were 2 homicides in the complex. Heat and Air doesn’t come on until 1-2 months after it’s necessary. We’ve had many hotel stays because it’s been too hot or too cold for us to be in the house because air or heat hasn’t been on. And there’s never a reimbursement, even though they’re supposed to. I
