Based on experience, this isnt the worst place for the cost. Actually more expensive places offer less for the cost and do not maintain their grounds or follow up on service. Over the months and through COVID they struggled to fully staff maintenance and maintain the over 400 apartments. Deb is straight forward and will work with you if your willing to take the time to follow up. DOCUMENTATION is key for any place you rent. There is an okay amount of storage and no garage. Storage units close by. Overall the grounds are well kept and pools only go down for regular maintenance except one that has been down for a while. Regular pest control. Pretty quiet most of the time. Mostly friendly people who respect others, minus the few disrespectful, which you'll get anywhere. They slowly weed thems

From the minute I walked on the property, to the day I moved in I've had nothing but a positive experience. The office staff is amazing and as a former property manager, I know what amazing is. Devin is a great leasing agent and Terry was very helpful in answering my questions regarding moving. I have lived here for 3 weeks and maintenance has been on top of everything I have asked about. My apartment is beautiful it's quiet and I have met some great people so far. I would encourage everyone to take a look at Overlook because it has everything you would want.

At the time of writing I have been here for 2 years. This place is great staff is friendly and work with you to get things repaired quickly. They were quick to replace my ac with a brand new energy efficient one within 3 days. My fridge died it was replaced the same day with a brand new one. My only complaint is have so far is that the windows are single pane and they let alot of heat and air out. But I have seen some of the apartments with new double pane windows so hopefully soon that won't be a problem.

I moved into my unit in December 2019. Over the years, I’ve had several maintenance and communication issues that I feel need to be addressed. In 2020, there were a few small maintenance issues handled by an older maintenance man who was often rude and left messes behind. In 2021, my A/C unit began leaking directly above my washer and dryer. Maintenance came and stopped the leak but did not clean up the water or check for any potential water damage. When I asked about it, I was told, “There’s airflow, so it’ll be fine.” In March 2023, my washer stopped working. I was told a replacement would be ordered since none were available at that time. After being told multiple times that it would be replaced “tomorrow,” nearly a month passed without a washer. I finally had to call a fourth time—frus

Update since living here: we absolutely love this complex. It’s quiet, has great views, and the units are beautiful. We haven’t had any issues with pests as we did with our previous apartment - even if we did, you just call the office and they will call a reliable company to come spray your unit. Maintenance responds quickly and management is awesome. We have had such a good experience here getting ready to rent. All of the office staff (especially Gigi) is amazing and great at communicating. The complex is very nice and well kept. The units are also a great size and layout. Gigi even took us to take measurements so we’re able to plan our layout prior to moving in.
