Amazing staff and facilities! Highly recommend!
Definitely enjoyed our stay at this apt. complex when it was brand new. Easy to get to town, but also rather peaceful. Just a short distance to the freeway. While pricey, it was worth it. Safe & quiet.
While the Overlook at Fountaingrove may be one of the most expensive apartments in Santa Rosa, great amenities, convenient location, nice neighbors, & helpful management make it worthwhile to live in. Carole in the office and Ronnie, the maintenance manager, are very helpful, reasonable, and honest. We lived at the Overlook for three years from 2017 to 2020 and enjoyed every moment of it.
A well lit place with security a small gym and a pool area. Nice views command your attention.
Management (Carol) and maintenance (Robert) are excellent! Apartments are new, clean, and well-insulated.
