I moved here right before the new owners took over and I must say I have been nothing but extremely satisfied with my choice, the improvements here, have been fast and extensive. Not sure how there could be ANY negative reviews, especially the ones directed at the office staff. They have been nothing but professional, cordial and accommodating!! I have dealt with all of them and the manager Kassandra is outstanding, she has addressed what minor issues I have had immediately and efficiently and with true concern for my comfort!! From the moment I arrived last week, through the entire move-in process, and even now, I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Outlook Apartments. April, Angela, and Demaya have been absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They made what can be a stressful process feel effortless. Maintenance has also been fantastic. Carlton and Joe are awesome — super kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. It really shows that they care about the residents here. Since moving in, I’ve finally been able to relax and get truly restful sleep, which means more than I can put into words. I’m so grateful to be living here now. I moved here a few months ago from a small apartment complex with an awesome staff and maintenance crew, so I was a little worried about moving to a bigger complex. However, the staff and the manager, Kassandra, have been very prompt and helpful during my few months here. She was also very helpful in tracking down a package that was delivered to the wrong address. The complex is very quiet, and the other tenants I have run into have been very friendly.

There is a reason this complex is named after the haunted hotel in the Shining! It is because this property is nothing less than a horror show! I could write lists upon lists of how this property is a river of neglect, incompetance, and just plain stupidity, but that would be boring and will sound just like sour grapes. The location and beauty of this area that’s why I moved here, however, the grass is gone and a lot of the trees have died. I’ve lived here for 5 years and it has been and awful experience ever since living well homes took over. The management staff is not very professional in how they handle tenants. They get the leases wrong all the time. I do not know if they are overworked or what but I have basically had to do their jobs for them. I have to constantly remind them to look at my lease and make sure they are charging me the correct information.
