The Osler Apartments

Submitted a work order overnight and it was done by the next day! Tom from maintenance did an amazing job—professional, respectful, and efficient. I love this quiet, hidden gem of a community that’s close to everything—walking distance to the hospital and minutes from UF. My private patio is the perfect bonus, and maintenance is always on point!

This time the maintenance came and fix the light issue. The new management now I would day is the best so far.. The women I spoke to in the office drove to the area and fix the lightning of our parking even without people complaining about it. She also assisted us to help our friend from another country get to lease here. Moreover, I salute the maintenance guy Jayson, he had helped us so many times specially when we got locked out of our apartment so many times and he even drove almost an hour to fix our door. Whatever happens, please keep Jayson because I know he is so helpful and really cares about the residents. I will recommend leasing in the Osler now with these new management. I’ve given bad reviews before I’ve stayed here for 3years, we just need to move in another state but I feel

The maintenance act fast to resolve my issues on my microwave. After checking that the appliance is not in working condition, the next day it was replaced right away and the job was done less than half an hour. Maintenance staff are friendly and helpful.

The place located in good area with multiple nearby stores, the streets and around apartments area cleaning needs to be cleaned many garbage in different areas. It’s calm place no much noises, good apartments quality regarding the price.

Customer service was great! The maintenance worker was very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.
