I had a wonderful experience with this apartment complex, especially because of how friendly and welcoming the staff is. The property managers truly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. Kia has been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process, always willing to answer questions and make things smooth. Chandra at the front desk is just as amazing—she greets everyone with a warm smile and is always friendly, patient, and attentive. It really makes a difference when you walk in and feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, the atmosphere here is positive and supportive, and the staff truly cares. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place with great management and a friendly environment.

I’ve been living at this location going on 4yrs, and it feels safe to say I love living here. It’s a safe environment, everyone is open arms at this property including our fur babies, Living here is very affordable I promise. Every month we have a nice little get together/ party S/O to our new Property Manager Ms. Kia & Ms. Sandra they make everyone feel at home I love everything about this property. Maintenance get the job done. I can honestly this is home!! If you ever want to find you a nice 1-2 bedroom please choose The Oliver’s I promise you will not be disappointed!! I absolutely love living at this complex! The amenities are amazing and really make it feel like home. The management office is wonderful always welcoming, professional, and helpful. During the holidays, I especially love the little parties they host; it truly builds a sense of community. The property manager and assistant manager are a 10 out of 10 they go above and beyond. My favorite part of my day is stopping by to get coffee everyday. Overall, I genuinely love it here and highly recommend this property! I’ve been here since 2022.

Uggg where do i even start. i lived in the complex for a year and 3months, at first i loved it, the community (as in people) are friendly and welcoming however within a few months i realized that although the people maybe nice the living isn’t all that great. From residents allowing their dogs to pee on stairs or any common areas for that matter including MY DOORMAT, cleaning company they have come to clean are often seated in their car for HOURS using the same dirty mop head for MONTHS to clean stairwells & floors, i often had to clean infront of my door on my own, from the trash room being over filled (trash on floor & even food) summer time the apartments were infested with gnats (coming out of my pocket WEEKLY to try and minimize the bugs, pest control NEVER resolved it), on top of get

I had a great tour experience last week at the Oliver while looking at apartments. I’m relocating from Dallas to Richmond next month, and Kia and Sandra were super helpful at giving me the ins and outs of the complex as well as the surrounding area including local grocery stores, shopping and other things to do. The apartments I toured were clean and the amenities were well kept also. I recommend checking them out if you’re apartment hunting!
