Kevin is an absolute professional. My wife and I are first time home buyers and we chose his services due to the breadth of information on his website. We were able to back out of an initial home because of how thorough his inspection was. He saved us from a whole lot of stress and pointed out things we wouldn’t have even thought to look for. He just inspected our (hopefully) first home and gave it the green light, with a tremendously detailed list of things we can work on once we’re in there. He also walked me through every item, spending the extra time detailing how I can get this stuff done on my own. Overall, I can’t recommend his services enough. He’s a great guy who is passionate about his work.

Kevin was highly recommended by my son, who had used his service as a home inspector before. Kevin arrived promptly, and took his time to educate me on the major items he was finding. I elected some additional services for a sewer inspection and radon test, which proved to be very insightful. As a result of the inspection, I was able to uncover the "lipstick on the pig" before the sale and was able to make the informed decision not to purchase the first house.
