The Offerman House

To start, the building is beautiful and the apartments are so spacious. My experience at the Offerman was great. Everything from scheduling an appointment with the leasing team, to the application process was quick and straightforward. Management assisted me with the questions I had.

I love living at the Offerman House and have referred many friends to move in. The building is very upscale and is cleaned daily by the friendly cleaning staff, including the amenities such as the gym, lounge and roof. The entire staff including the front desk staff are very friendly to residents. The building’s location is excellent, next to many train lines, shopping and grocery stores. The previous reviews about lack of hot water, etc. were from when the building was new, and they have since overcome their growing pains. The primary con to the building is street noise if the unit faces Duffield Street.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Offerman House. Despite being hidden along the streets, the building has many beautiful features like the gym, lounge and rooftop!!! The staff are also really friendly, professional and helpful to every needs. The building is also well maintained by the cleaning team daily.

Our apartment is truly amazing! This such a unique building the very high ceilings, beautiful huge windows and the layout is hard to find anywhere else in Brooklyn. I also personally love the all brand new appliance, all stainless steal! I would definitely recommend living here. The amenities such rooftop, gym and common area are really great extension to your living space. Also to top it off the building super clean and has a great staff! Never had any issues.
