The Oasis at Twin Lakes

I’ve experienced several ongoing issues with this apartment complex that makes living here frustrating and difficult. I would not advise anyone to move here. For starters, the building itself is very fragile and constantly seems to be breaking down. Since the complex was built during the COVID era, it must be due to the low-quality or cheap materials they were used. Things wear down or malfunction far more often than they should in a newer building, which only adds to the ongoing maintenance problems. On top of that, property management seems to pick and choose who gets charged for replacements and repairs and how much, with no clear consistency. I don’t feel comfortable requesting maintenance to fix anything in my unit because they often claim something broke due to “misuse” or “mishand

What a joke. Talks about "affordability" yet a 2 bedroom is nearly 1800 a month. Imagine a single mother trying to live off of that. Very small window to qualify.

The apartment was fine except the walls got stuff from the sink on their permanent,the paint on the walls fell off,and it’s expensive.

These are very well-maintained apartments, The only issue is there is a lot of theft when it comes to mail packages, And there are a lot of break-ins Into cars Management has to do something about this. It’s getting ridiculous. One out of three packages get stolen every single day. Having a security guard would help a lot
