This is a great place to live! The office staff are amazingly helpful and caring. The maintenance staff is friendly, efficient, thorough and swift when you need a work order completed. I really enjoyed the feel of country living in the city, in the mornings I got to watch deer grazing while having my coffee. Eve, Ellen, Wendy and Clarabel helped make my time here memorable and cherished!

I’ve been here for three years and they don’t care about your well-being at all and this whole apartment has roaches. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything I’ve had the same toilet problem for almost a year and they refuse to call in a real professional. The gym is super small and most of the equipment is broken. Trash everywhere. Management is rude and incompetent. Loud music everyday. There was also a fire here and they never communicated to the residents what actually happened. My car has been broken into twice. Don’t even reply to my post management, we both know you could care less! UPDATE: I will be moving soon thank God! Since my last review my husband’s car has been stolen and totaled— I reached out to management and they STILL don’t care to put cameras up or have security of any sort.

Stay somewhere else. Crime. Fires. Our ceiling leaked the entire time we lived there. Older. You get stuff replaced only when they have to. You can do better seriously.

The leasing office staff member is very rude and short. I tried to contact them multiple times and could never get anyone on the phone. Once I was able to take off of work to visit the place the lady that answered the door was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I could barely finish a sentence before she shut me down and stated “nothing is available.” She didn’t even ask what I was looking for. I even tried to tell her that I’m not looking to move right away and I can wait until something comes available and she still cut me off to say “there’s nothing available” through the half opened door with an attitude. She didn’t even offer to take my information or tell me any other information except “there’s nothing available.” She was so short that I wasn’t able to catch her name but the staff ne
