Since we’ve moved in sept of 2025 at one of the townhomes, Elias has come through our place fixing every issue we have and he’s been efficient and swift with his repairs. Not only that, he explains everything thoroughly so us renters know what is happening every step of the way. A plus is that he’s also open to taking his shoes off at a no shoe inside apartment, which is rare with apartment maintenance techs these days.

Just moved into my new apartment and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Cristina was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process - friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She made everything easy and smooth, answered all my questions quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my new home. I couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience. Highly recommend!

I waited to post my review after living here for about 4 months, if you're looking for an apartment with appliances included I don't recommend. The washer and dryer are really old and barely work when it is working. The biggest issue is the maintenance, I put in a request about a month ago when my washer stopped working and haven't had anyone come by, call to schedule a time with me, no communication at all other than when I go to the office to ask about it. They'll tell me someone will come by, but no one has and its the 2nd time since I moved in to request to fix it. I also had to go to the office with concern that someone had been in my unit without any notice or communication while I wasn't there, it was a vender but notice before entering my unit would be much preferred. Coming home

Just moved into my loft and I’m already really impressed! Alison and Christina were amazing — super helpful, friendly, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Definitely appreciate their support!

TERRIBLE. When I moved in, the bottom cabinets were so bad due to previous tenant use. The top ones were stained with grease and other food stains. Maintenance said they would paint them for me. After 3 months of waiting, finally, the contractor comes and for some reason only paints the bottom ones. He didn’t even paint in between the bottom cabinets either, just the doors. They didn’t even bother to degrease the cabinet either, just painted over the stains. The top cabinets are now a completely different shade than the bottom ones. So now I have to wait until an undetermined day for the contractor to come back and repaint. Again, TERRIBLE SERVICE.
