Run the other way!! they use the cheap rent tactics to get you in once you're in it's All about The money,Management very unprofessional this is the worst place I've ever lived in my entire life when renting from this place make sure you drive to the back of the complex it's always a mess people with sheets hanging out to dry..maintenance is terrible they say you're getting an upgrade but you're not these apartments are really old the upgrade is just some black appliances nothing stainless steel apparently someone needs to tell them what upgrade means. they use the upgrade word just so they can charge more for the unit most of them have chipped paint no screen to sliding doors just a glass sliding door with no screen..but they say upgrade they care more about the outside close to the front

I moved in in June of 25 , Maria , my leasing agent , was very friendly and made the process easy.I am very pleased with all the staff at the Oaks , they have gone above and beyond to meet all my needs and make me feel at home. Luis and Roosevelt are amazing! Any time I have put in a maintenance request they have come out the same day to help me , their response time is quit impressive. My A/C went out and they came quickly to check my unit. It did take some time to fix but they worked diligently to identify the issue and even brought me a portable A/C unit so we were comfertable while they worked to fix it. My A/C is working even better now than it did before they came to fix it and Luis and Maria both checked in with me several times to make sure every thing was in working order. Even th

The area is nice and convenient, although I have been here 3 months now and I have had 2 packages stolen… Upon moving in I was informed by my agent that there were camera around the complex only to find out that they do not work the street lights do not work leaving the complex pitch black at night and when I complain about my packages being taken I was told “it’s nothing we can do from stopping random people walking on the complex..” This is completely unprofessional and a liability waiting to happen so if you’re moving in make sure your first purchase is a ring door bell camera because this actually drove me insane and management was zero help. The new maintenance team of 2025 is awesome to work with. Maintenance man Orlando is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to fixing. I feel maintenance man orlando is very respectful and helpful. Orlando goes beyond his job with even cleaning up after himself when making a mess. Oaks is one of the best places I’ve ever lived, hands down. The staff at the office has always been extremely attentive and willing to work with me, and their communication is always direct and straightforward. Louis has always been willing to communicate with me regarding maintenance, Maria is an absolute saint when speaking over management inquiries, and Genesis is the sweetest person you could possibly hope to speak to at the front desk regardless of what your needs are. Price and location have always been decent, but the people who run the complex are the best I could ask for.
