The Oaks of League City Apartments

This qualifies as the criteria for condemnation. The building foundation never lets doors stay open, and popped when opening them. The mold caused us many doctor visits and costs. The maintenance gave me two light switches to install myself, when I said they were popping to turn on a fan. How is this place able to be called home when you are sick, and they want you to fix the problems? They gave us 30% of the deposit because we, “left the stove dirty”.

I’ve lived here for many years and love this place! It’s a great place to call home. My neighbors and staff are all very friendly, it feels like a family. My apartment is super cute and perfect for me, it comes with a washer and dryer so it has everything I need.

I moveed here in 2020 from another state and I have really enjoyed living here. It has a charm that makes you feel like you are definitely home. Management has always been great from day one. As I get ready to embark on my next journey I would like Management to know it has been my pleasure calling The Oaks my home!

We all know this is a small and older apartment community, but they have really nice renovated apartments. This is a place where people rent and stay for a long time. The manager is always so nice and friendly. She really helps the residents and listens to them. It is cheap in price compared to other places around. Maintenance takes care of things in a timely manner. Overall, it's a great place to call home!

Good place to live. Its not perfect so if youre expecting some super fancy luxury resort then its not for you. But for me, its been great. They keep the place well maintained, its quiet, its clean, and the residents are friendly and keep to themselves. Ive had no issues. The front admin folks are kind and are flexible. I would definitely recommend this place to live.
