The Oaks

Overpriced and not managed well. Outdated, dirty, loud due to close to the airport, and a lot of Airbnb and short term rentals. I would not recommend living here.

This was supposed to be a VRBO, but it’s a apartment complex, not a vacation setting at all , you could look over the back balcony and see other people’s trash on their balcony area ,, all kinds of spider 🕷 webs outside around the roof area, mold smell as soon as you walk in the apartment, not what we expected at all , cracked tile through out the bottom floor, dead bugs in the light fixtures, clumps of random hair beside the tub upstairs,

Absolutely horrible! Very poor management! Don’t wast your money ! Towing your car if you’re not in the absolute correct placement !! Getto housing !!!!

I have purchased condo a year ago and very happy to be here. Closeness to beaches and shopping, across the street from restaurant and movie theater. Management is doing great job maintenaning community. It's a pleasant and safe place to live.

The owners of the Oaks have spent a lot of money and time fixing upthe whole place. . Beside, a new roof, all the windows have or will be replaced double glass 0nes.
