Deserves 0 stars. There is only 1 person working in the office and it seems that management is not supporting her well. I moved into my “ready” apartment in April 2022 with my two children and the conditions shown in the pictures below is what it looked like on move in day. (The carpet separating from the stairs occurred 3 months after Move in) A couple months after, there was an attempted break in and when I approached office management the following business day… I asked if the cameras on the property “facing my door” worked? I lived here from August 2017 until June of 2018. I was new to NC and accepted the first apartment complex that approved due to my job was about to start and I needed to get moved in ASAP. That was the worse decision of my life. The first night I moved in, I had my door open moving my property in and a young lady was running through the apartment screaming and some guy was chasing her. They ran directly into my apartment. Of course I called the police and they said it was apparent the guy was on a substance. I wanted to move then, but for a few months things went quiet. Management changed and hell started. Long story short DO NOT MOVE here. I rate the complex a 4 I mean at the end of the day it is low income housing, No Credit Check Base Soooo you really cant be upset about what you get and its really not a bad 2bdrm Apt... Me and BF have stayed here almost two years and I have had a small few maint. issues and I can say they have always been on top of that took care of the small bugs and never saw them again plus using what I brought from Walmart.. Its really on how you keep your Apartment Clean and I keeps Mines Spotless!!!! My cuzzin had second thoughts and my homeboy had second thoughts... If I could give less stars then I would. Where to start....The rent is advertised as $575 I was on the waiting list forever then when i get there she says its $625 instead smh! the first week I'm there the kitchen sink is leaking the guy claimed to have fixed it but I came home from work and the carpet was soaked in my living room. Guy comes to fix it then supposedly cleans the carpet but decides to let it air dry and all you could smell was mold (Im allergic to mold). The roaches were ridiculous i spent so much money trying to get rid of them (Im allergic to those as well). Then there wasnt very good insulation in the walls cuz whatever my neighbors decided to smoke it was just like I was there with them. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody.

Umeeka is a very cool and positive person. She runs the office. I am a single parent and she really goes out of her way to be understanding and works to help ppl. She offers great advice and she has been a great asset ever since she came on. They are on point with any issue's I've had and whatever I needed to be fixed they have been on point. Got my stove working like its brand new when my stove was having issues as well. I love my townhome and I will be here for a minute!
