The Oaks at Royal Palm

I recently moved in and I’m so happy with my decision! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything I need. Working with Allison, was seamless from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m excited to be here and looking forward to my time in this new place!

As a resident who's been here for 8 and 1/2 years I can honestly say the Oaks at Royal Palm is a great place. The location in Vero Beach is amazing and close by to the beaches, to shopping and to most workplaces. A 5-minute drive to work in one direction while having a 5-minute drive to the beach in the opposite direction is a pretty nice bonus. I always enjoy working with Fred and his team, they are professional, accommodating and just great people. For anybody looking for a new place to live make sure you check them out!

10 out of 10 place to live!! Great location with so much to do in such a short distance! Very personal property group that aims to help anyway they can for tenants and guests alike. Looking forward to what new renovations they have in store for the very near future.

This apartment is a true gem. The location is fantastic, with easy access to parks, restaurants, and transportation. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and flooded with natural light. Maintenance and management are top-notch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The security is excellent, and the sense of community here is exceptional. It's more than just a place to live; it's a welcoming and well-maintained home. Highly recommended!

The location is great! 5 minute drive to the beach and across the way from river. Near miracle mile also. My particular unit hasn't been remodeled yet, but the units that have look super nice. No issues with neighbors or noise. It's pretty quiet. My lease expires in one month, im hoping my rent does not increase so I can continue to live here. I am still waiting for a maintenance issue from 8.10.22 to be addressed...but other than that I am happy. I have been here almost a year and have been satisfied, hopefully I can keep my rating at 5 stars depending on what happens with rent rate and maintenance issue
