Hi to everyone 😊I'd like to know what days you're in the office, because every time I go to the office there's always the Closed sign on the door. I'm a resident of this condominium. I've sent several text messages to the number listed on the official app. I've sent them an email, but it keeps bouncing back, telling me the email doesn't exist. I want to go to the office to speak directly with the managers. On a separate note, I'm grateful to Mr. Tyler from Maintenance.This gentleman is truly a hard worker, he is well trained to do his job and whenever I have had any maintenance issues in my apartment he is always there quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa at the leasing office, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the moment I called to the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and at ease. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor were evident in every interaction. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident and informed in my decision-making process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. I am beyond excited to move in and start this new chapter in such a wonderful place!

This apartment needs to be shut down! Roach infestation and the units with back patios has fleas. The carpets only get cleaned NOT REPLACED. If you put in a maintenance request they only come to patch up work. Takes forever to get actual maintenance repairs done. However, the maintenance dude is really nice and he try but the apt owners and management company do not want to fix apparent issues. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER FROM THE TAP! Roaches in the drains and taps. Roaches are in the walls and we have had pest control out here 3 times and even spent our own money on bug spray and pest chemicals. Bombed the apt and found 50+ roaches. If you have children please do not live here. Lastly, the parking here is very stupid and frustrating because you pay for registering your vehicle but you only ge

Best apartment, thanks Ana and Julio for giving me the opportunity to live here not so long but those memories will never be forgotten. Tried to be back but new management and different apartment won’t be the same never. I love you guys. No words can explain how I feel in regards this complex. Please try not to be late on your fees. Because a different apartment won’t be the same. We have ups and downs but if you want to start somewhere. This the best community to start. Love the time and energy by everyone around this communit. We haven't been here for a full lease yet, but these are easily my favorite place We've lived so far. There are definitely some challenges that come with the location and age of the buildings but maintenance and management is always right on it and generally very transparent about any repairs or issues. The pool is usually very clean, as are other communal spaces. If it weren't for the occasional flooding of our backyard (and a time or two that got into our apartment!), it would be near perfect.
