They are consistently trustworthy, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The team has addressed every issue promptly and effectively, whether it involved replacing defective parts, resolving water leaks, or even coordinating the replacement of an entire appliance. Their responsiveness and attention to detail give me great confidence that issues will be handled correctly the first time. When a repair requires expertise beyond what is available in-house, Vy and Tri take immediate action to bring in a qualified contractor and personally supervise the work to ensure it meets high standards. I am so very pleased with the Maintenance Team. It is led by Vy, whose leadership is clearly evident by the consistently high level of professionalism, knowledge, skills set and abilities demonstrated in the performance of any needed work. The quality of his work, or by any member of his Team, is always superior to what I have experienced elsewhere, or even by private contractors I hired when I owned my own home years ago. It is always done right the first time. Also, I always feel perfectly comfortable having them in my home, whether I am there or not. They are trustworthy in every regard. I have received nothing short of the best customer service from the ladies at the Leasing Office. Polly, in particular, went above and beyond, she was not only helpful, but also incredibly professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. Her warm attitude and genuine willingness to assist made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. It’s rare to find this level of care and dedication, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service.

1. The apartment walls are very thin — sounds can easily be heard from one room to another, even with the doors closed. Noise also carries outside the unit, which affects privacy. 2. Both my wife (using T-Mobile) and I (using AT&T) experience very poor cell phone reception within the community and for about a mile around it. Our phones often show only one bar or switch to SOS mode, even with Wi-Fi calling enabled and after resetting network settings. I also contacted customer service, and they confirmed that network towers in this area are not reachable. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with constant dropped calls and broken voice quality (You can see them in the pictures).
