The Oaks At Hackberry

I had a great experience at The Oaks at Hackberry. A well maintained property in a nice neighborhood. Maintenance issues were fixed quickly and Nory is a wonderful property manager! I highly recommend. Trust the good reviews!

I lived at this apartment complex for 9 years, from 2014 - 2023. The best complex I have lived in. Nory is the nicest, helpful and receptive manager I have met. I had the 2 bedroom 2 bath apt - I liked the write kitchens and most importantly for me were the FULL SIZE Washer and Dryer. Any maintenance issues I had were taken care of in the shortest amount of time. Neighbors are friendly, quiet, respectful. The pool/jacuzzi area is on the smaller side due to it being a small complex (which I loved) but is very well maintained, the pool/ hot tub is open year round, not just the summer season, it is not crowded at all, sometimes you're the only one there, or just a few more people. They also have security patrolling at night, covered parking, and EV charging stations. I only moved out because

I was a resident at the Oaks at Hackberry for about 5 years and my (now) fiancé was a resident for about 9 years. Originally, she was living in a 1 bedroom unit when I moved in with her. It was tight and cramped but it has a washed/dryer in unit and a very nice kitchen and appliances. We upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit for about 2 years which was BEAUTIFUL. It had vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, the master bedroom and closet were very spacious and the patio was even a little larger. The staff at the Oaks at Hackberry is amazing and Nory is incredibly friendly and approachable, not something you find very often at a rental complex. The complex was clean and tidy and felt secure to park our cars and open our windows. I would certainly recommend the Oaks at Hackberry and its staff any day.

Management and maintenance team are great. Neighbors are nice, they keep to themselves and are mostly quiet. Gated community with security patrolling at night. You get one assigned parking spot included with rent plus the option to pay extra for a second one. Grounds are always kept clean and gardeners come 1-2 times per week. They are pet friendly and reasonably priced. My only wish is that the fitness center was a little bigger.

Amazing property!! Quiet neighborhood and well kept grounds. If you are looking for a quaint quiet community to call home, this is it! Nory, the community manager is so sweet and organized. She makes sure the grounds are kept in pristine condition. Maintenance is great as well and handle work orders quickly. Overall I recommend this apartment community to everyone I know!
