The Oaks at Grand West

The property had a rough patch for a few months due to changes in property management again. The new maintenance man, Jose has really been a breath of fresh air. He walked to a problem that I was navigating for a month prior to his appearance at this property. He listened and became proactive immediately and didn’t stop until the issues was resolved - persistence for WEEKS. Jose what’s we have been needing and I’m looking forward and hopeful to what new management may be. They seem to be getting right to it. He deserves a raise!

The new management for The Oaks at Grand West is terrible. Paula, is not considerate, kind, and reasonable. We have been having maintenance issues for the past three days and she keeps on giving us the run around on when someone will fix the issue. I do not suggest on signing a lease here with the new management. They do not care about their tenants.

I've been a resident for 1 year now and have enjoyed all aspects of my rental home and community. The maintenance has been responsive, rent has been simple to pay online, and lawn care keeps the community looking nice. I do not mind the outside appearance of the homes being the same or the closeness of the homes. I can easily identify my driveway and my backyard provides outside space without feeling I am disturbing my neighbors (who are great by the way).

jose the maintence guy is extremely nice, very helpful and he gets the request done fast. I’ve always had maintence issues it stopped when he came.
