The developer is building "MacMansions" with very CHEAP materials, taking out all of the surrounding trees, devaluing the home we bought & put $40K into. This also greatly decreased our shade, so our electricity will cost more! I am a Veteran who bought this place at the end of a cul-de-sac for peace and quiet! They have ruined that now by taking out every tree within a few feet of our YARD!
