The Oaks Apartments

I am leaving a one-star review solely because it’s required in order to post feedback. I’m genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews for this property, as my experience was quite the opposite. I moved my daughter into this complex, but due to ongoing safety concerns and persistent pest issues, I made the difficult decision to have her break her lease to get OUT of this apartment! The apartment was infested with roaches, and despite multiple requests to the office for pest control services, our concerns were largely ignored. Ultimately, I had to purchase treatment products myself and handle the issue personally. I strongly urge prospective tenants to conduct thorough, independent research before choosing to live here. We moved into an upgraded 3 bedroom apartment this past weekend. Katie and Courtney helped me through the entire process. Communication with them is fast, efficient, and wonderful. They definitely treat you like a friend rather than just a tenant! Additionally, the maintenance men that worked on our new apartment to get it ready did a phenomenal job. The walls were painted beautifully, everything was clean, and they got everything done extremely fast. A special shout out to Mr. Pablo who, after being finished for the day, still walked me around the apartment when I wanted to see it prior to moving in. My dad had to downsize and was in need of a more manageable space, so me and my niece found The Oaks and fell in love with the landscape and loved the way Keystone Management kept the natural beauty and surroundings in tact. Beyond that and amidst onsite property management changes over the years Keystone has managed to keep up with and maintained a living and comfortable for residents. With that said it’s the current onsite management who has turn it into a community, constantly working hard on bringing residents together through events and immediate addressing concerns and issues. The current onsite management team is exactly what The Oaks needed, they are amazing, compassionate and professional in their approach to making and maintaining a better environment for us all. I just want to say thank you so much for my new AC heat pump, my AC went out and Chris, the maintenance man On Call came right out and brought me a portable unit and checked on me the following day he kept in very good communication with me and within 48 hours They installed a brand new heat pump. Also Megan in the office is wonderful and has a great personality very helpful and concerning to others needs. Thank you everyone at the Oaks.

I lived at The Oaks for a few months & loved it. Megan is a wonderful employee who is very personable & helpful. The maintenance team is very responsive & knowledgeable. I wish my circumstances hadn't changed so I could have continued living there.
