This was the worst apartment experience I have ever had. I’m going to keep this brief and straight to the point. - I was sexually harassed by a maintenance man 3 days after moving in. Luckily he was removed. - I dealt with mold during pregnancy and early postpartum and nothing was done other than a dehumidifier placed in the building. - I dealt with roaches and holes in my walls. An exterminator came BUT nothing resolved until I spend my own money to buy sprays, traps, and gels. - my window screens did not fit and they NEVER resolved it. - my heater was broken and they never resolved it even though it was causing my electric bill to be $300 for a 1 bedroom SMALL apartment - communication is TERRIBLE with the housing management. I am extremely disappointed with the management and maintenance team at The Oakley. My family—a husband, wife, our 6-year-old son, and newborn baby—experienced an unacceptable situation that left our home unsafe and unlivable. After heavy rain caused a large hole in our apartment ceiling, management’s response was slow and inadequate. The maintenance team’s “repair” left the ceiling in poor condition and our home exposed. Even worse, their carelessness caused further damage to our personal belongings, showing little to no regard for our property. This was especially distressing as we were already juggling the challenges of caring for a newborn and young child. Dylan is amazing ! Very honest & super helpful. It's been a long time since I've rented an apartment & he made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. The apartments are super cute & perfect for me and my son. I also love the security theyre installing in the complex as well. I'm excited to move in!

I initially scheduled an appointment at The Oakley at the end of February or early March to tour an apartment that was listed as available on their website. However, the day before my scheduled visit, I received a call from Dylan informing me that no units were actually available to tour. He mentioned that one would be coming available on March 21st, and we rescheduled the tour for March 23rd. In the meantime, I attempted multiple times to submit an application through their website, but the system only allowed me to “request” an application, with no follow-up from the leasing team despite my repeated efforts. My boyfriend and I have lived here since 2021, and they have worked with us through every bump in the road! The property manager Jackie is so kind and approachable. Maintenance is quick and responsive, and any delays are met with communication. The apartment is gorgeously renovated with an open floor plan, pet friendly, and the grounds are taken care of! We love living here!
